These poi are made in the same way as the adult version, designed for kids ages 4-8. The poi are smaller and lighter, the strings are shorter, and the handles are smaller.
For very small children, you can easily shorten the poi by running the string between the 2 loops of the handle. To encourage easy play, offer small children just one poi at a time.
The sheer tail has a small loop tucked inside for you to attach a clip on LED, glow stick, longer tail or veil.
