Refund / Return Policy

We stand behind every product that we sell.

If your products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, or you are unsatisfied with merchandise you have purchased from us for any reason, please contact us immediately. Any item that does not meet your expectations may be returned for a credit within 30 days of receipt of goods. A 15% restocking fee usually applies for returns of non-defective merchandise. Shipping refunds are not given on general returns. Flamebuoyant Productions will not accept returns of used merchandise, unless it is deemed defective. We consider defective merchandise goods that are damaged, incomplete, or otherwise unusable for their intended purposes upon receipt or through normal use by the customer. Defective merchandise is handled on a case-by-case basis. Flamebuoyant Productions may request that the defective item be returned so that we may inspect the merchandise and determine the cause of the defect, and whether a repair or replacement is in order.

Shipping Errors

Every so often, shipping errors occur. If you have received an incorrect product, or if your package gets damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will send the correct, repaired or replacement merchandise as soon as possible without further cost to you, and may arrange for return shipping.
